pricing update For Our us customers
August, 2026
We’ve made some important changes to simplify ordering and eliminate the frustration of surprise delivery fees.
Why the change?
Global trade has shifted, and costs are no longer predictable. To keep things fair and straightforward for our US customers, we’ve restructured the way shipping and fees are handled. The goal is simple: you will always know exactly what you will pay, with no unpleasant surprises at your door.
What's new for you?
- Tariff and import fees — All applicable import and tariff fees are included in our product prices. A line on the product and checkout pages will clearly show the exact amount of tariffs included in the product price.
- Scheduled Shipping — We now ship batches twice per week using a Freight Forwarder. This service delivers your shipment to a domestic service in the US. The shipment is then handed off as a normal US shipment.
About the new 50% tariff
The recently imposed 50% tariff now applies to some of the products we ship to the US. These fees are included in our product prices.
What this means
When your order arrives, you’ll never be asked to pay additional duties, taxes, or fees. The process is fully transparent and hassle-free; you’ll pay once at checkout, and that’s it.
For 24 years, we’ve built a reputation on reliable tools and straightforward service. These changes are designed to continue that tradition in the current challenging trade environment.
How It Ships
Your order travels from our facility in Port Dover, Ontario, to Hamilton, Ontario, then crosses into New York, where it enters a domestic shipping network.
We send shipments to Hamilton twice weekly, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Expected Delivery Time
8–14 business days from when your order is ready to ship. The first leg of the journey is to New York, where it is cleared into the US; from there, delivery follows standard USPS transit times.
Tracking
You’ll receive a USPS tracking number that covers the entire journey. The tracking number may not be live until the item is received into the system in Hamilton.
