We’ve made some important changes to simplify ordering and eliminate the frustration of surprise delivery fees.
Why the change?
Global trade has shifted, and costs are no longer predictable. To keep things fair and straightforward for our US customers, we’ve restructured the way shipping and fees are handled. The goal is simple: you will always know exactly what you will pay, with no unpleasant surprises at your door.
What's new for You?
- Free Trackable Shipping on orders over $100 (USD). Every qualifying order ships with full tracking at no additional charge.
- All costs prepaid. Shipping, tariffs, taxes, and import fees are all prepaid by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
What this means
When your order arrives, you’ll never be asked to pay additional duties, taxes, or fees. The process is fully transparent and hassle-free—you’ll pay once at checkout, and that’s it.
For 23 years, we’ve built a reputation on reliable tools and straightforward service. These changes are designed to continue that tradition in the current challenging trade environment.
How It Ships
Your order travels from our facility in Port Dover, Ontario to Hamilton, Ontario, then crosses into New York, where it enters the USPS network.
We send shipments to Hamilton twice weekly, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Expected Delivery Time
8–14 business days from when your order is ready to ship. The first leg of the journey is to New York where it is cleared into the US; from there, delivery follows standard USPS transit times.
Tracking
You’ll receive a USPS tracking number that covers the entire journey. The tracking number may not be live until the item is received into the system in Hamilton.
