For all you speed demons out there, getting accurate lengths quickly warrants using this product. Excellent Canadian engineered and manufactured quality. A must-have.

Great tool. Now, if you're like me and use low profile ties and therefore not able to use the thicker TwistTies, we need another device just like this to cut all the wood ties for the turnout!

Significantly cuts down on PC tie cutting. No measuring.
Two things I did... I marked over the one extra tie that is not needed depending upon if you are making solid or hinged points so I didn't accidently cut an extra PC tie.
Secondly, I glued the back two pieces of this jig together to keep them from separately and the cut ties falling out. The magnet does a good job of holding the front layer to the others.
