30° Diamond Line Crossing Kits Now Available

In addition to the 90° HO scale single, dual, and quad Diamond Line crossing kits, the line now includes a 30° version. Available in single, double, and quad versions in codes 70, 83, and 100. The 30° version is the first in a variety of angled crossing kits available in HO scale, and the subsequent design will be 45° followed by 60°. Plans are for N-scale versions also to be developed.

Each kit includes everything needed to build one crossing.

Included in the kit are the following:

• Individual frog castings and guard rail castings - mounted on laser cut bases to aid in polishing and cleaning
• Matching precision laser cut ties - precisely matched to the castings
• Copperhead PC board ties - PC board ties are used to anchor the rail in place
• Enough matching rail to build one single crossing - rail is pre-cut to length
• 2 320 grit sanding blocks - laser-cut sanding blocks are used to polish the tops of the castings
• 2 600 grit sanding blocks
• Wire brush - a steel wire brush makes quick work of polishing the raw castings, improving soldering.
